目的:评价波叶山蚂蝗提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。方法:通过建立体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,对波叶山蚂蝗石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取物进行活性筛选。结果:波叶山蚂蝗3个提取物均有较好的α-葡萄糖酶抑制作用,抑制活性均远远大于阳性对照阿卡波糖(IC50=1 103.01 mg·L-1),其中以石油醚部位(DSPE)活性最好(IC50=45.16 mg·L-1)。乙酸乙酯部位(DSEA)和正丁醇部位(DSME)对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性呈显浓度依赖性。结论:波叶山蚂蝗3个提取部位有较显著的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,具有开发应用的价值。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the inhibitory activity of extracts of Lepidoptera lobatus on α-glucosidase. Methods: The petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts of Lepidoptera lobatus were screened through the establishment of in vitro α-glucosidase inhibition model. Results: The three extracts of Leymus chinensis had better α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, and the inhibitory activities were much higher than that of the positive control acarbose (IC50 = 1 103.01 mg · L-1) The site (DSPE) activity was the best (IC50 = 45.16 mg · L-1). Ethyl acetate (DSEA) and n-butanol (DSME) sites exhibited a concentration-dependent a-glucosidase inhibitory activity. CONCLUSION: There are significant α-glucosidase inhibitory activity in three extraction sites of Lepidoptera: Leech locust, which has the value of development and application.
