作者研究了使用释放孕酮或孕酮及雌二醇的阴道环的6名妇女(19个周期)的垂体和性腺功能。聚硅氧烷阴道节育环(CVR)的总直径为60mm,环的横断面直径为9mm,环中心含药物部分的直径为3.5mm。3种CVR内含孕酮(292mg,297mg301mg),另3种CVR内含孕酮及雌二醇(290ng及19mg,292mg及20mg,303mg及16mg)。6名妇女均系健康月经规则的志愿者,年龄为23～34岁,其中3例为经产妇,参加研究前3个月内均未使用过甾体避孕药。于月经出血停止后即由妇女自行置入阴道环,3周后自行取出,1周后重新置入,如此连续使用。
The authors studied the pituitary and gonadal function of 6 women (19 cycles) using a vaginal ring that releases progesterone or progesterone and estradiol. The polysiloxane vaginal birth control ring (CVR) has a total diameter of 60 mm, a ring cross-sectional diameter of 9 mm, and a ring-shaped drug-containing portion having a diameter of 3.5 mm. Three CVRs contained progesterone (292mg, 297mg301mg) and the other three CVRs contained progesterone and estradiol (290ng and 19mg, 292mg and 20mg, 303mg and 16mg). All six women were volunteers with healthy menstruation rules. They were 23-34 years of age and 3 of them were mothers. No steroid contraceptive was used within the first 3 months of the study. After the menstrual bleeding is stopped by the women to put their own vaginal ring, 3 weeks after removal, re-placed after 1 week, so continuous use.
