老年人的膳食情况关系着营养的供给.为搞好老年人的预防保健工作,我们对本市辖区内部分老年人进行了膳食情况的调查.1 调查对象和内容1.1 调查对象 随机抽取2所干休所离退休干部300人,其中男229人,女71人,65~69岁120人,70~74岁86人,75~79岁50人,80岁以上44人.1.2 调查内容 膳食结构的组成,采用膳食史法,追述以往的膳食习惯,每日饮食情况,取5日均数采用夏普P—C150微机,用中国人民解放军总医院营养软件进行膳食计算.2 结果
