本文从中国与东盟国家环境问题现状出发,随着中国与东盟经济交往程度的加深,环境合作的议题越发摆在重要的位置,环境合作已经成为影响中国——东盟总体关系的重要因素。随后剖析环境合作的现状,找出存在的问题。最后从中国角度指出中国参与中国——东盟环境合作法律机制构建中的职责。
Based on the current situation of environmental issues between China and ASEAN countries, with the deepening of economic exchanges between China and ASEAN countries, the issue of environmental cooperation is increasingly placed in an important position. Environmental cooperation has become an important factor affecting the overall relations between China and ASEAN countries. Then analyze the status quo of environmental cooperation and find out the existing problems. Finally, from the perspective of China, it points out that China takes part in the construction of the legal mechanism of China-ASEAN environmental cooperation.
