患者刘××女23岁学生右眼睑发生数个小肿物月余,于1987年6月20日来诊。双眼视力均为1.5。右眼上下睑可触及数个硬结(上睑3个、下睑1个),无触痛,硬结与皮肤无粘连。其相对结膜面呈暗红色。诊断:右眼上、下眼睑板腺囊肿。采用醋酸强地松混悬液局部注射,每个囊腔注射0.1～0.2ml。4天后,右眼胀痛。以往无青光眼病史。右眼视力1.0。右上睑睑板腺囊肿明显缩小,下睑睑板腺囊肿无变化。球结膜稍充血,角膜、前房和眼底均正常。左眼无异常。右眼眼压5.5/1=34.52mmHg
Patients Liu XX female 23-year-old student right eyelid occurred several small tumors more than a month, in June 20, 1987 to the clinic. Binocular vision are 1.5. Right upper eyelid can touch several induration (upper eyelid 3, lower eyelid 1), no tenderness, induration and skin adhesion. Its relative conjunctival surface was dark red. Diagnosis: Right eye upper and lower eyelid gland cysts. Using prednisone acetate suspension injection, each capsule injection 0.1 ~ 0.2ml. After 4 days, right eye pain. No previous history of glaucoma. Right eye vision 1.0. Right upper eyelid gland cyst was significantly reduced, no change in the next eyelid gland cyst. Conjunctiva slightly hyperemia, cornea, anterior chamber and fundus are normal. Left eye no abnormalities. Right eye intraocular pressure 5.5 / 1 = 34.52mmHg
