本钢连轧厂隶属于本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司,国家二级全民性质企业。自1993年以来,尽管该厂在资金与原料不足、市场供求关系不断发生急剧变化的情况下,千方百计完成和超额完成了本钢下达的生产经营指标,但始终未能摆脱问题与困难的纠缠,进入1995年则形成了生产徘徊,月月欠产的困难局面,特别是临近中修的连轧机问题百出,完不成年生产计划已成定局。在这样的情况下,新上任的领导班子带领连轧厂全体干部、职工在管理上大胆创新,走出了困境,使整个企业的面貌发生了根本性的变化。

Entering into 1995, it formed a difficult situation that production was hovering and the moon, moon and the moon were in short supply. In particular, the problem of the continuous rolling mill near the middle school was completed and the underage production plan was a foregone conclusion. Under such circumstances, the newly appointed leadership team has led all cadres in the continuous rolling mill and the staff and workers have made bold innovations in management and stepped out of their predicament so that the whole enterprise has undergone fundamental changes.
