开放试验共用阿司匹林镁脲散治疗普通感冒病人40例,其中轻度与中、重度之比为1∶3。对发热、头痛、肌肉痛等症的总有效率分别为100％,96.7％,96.7％。综合疗效的总有效率为96.7％。体温恢复正常的时间轻症为26.4±15.64h,中重症为48±24.59h,主要症状控制时间1.835±0.615d。不良反应发生率为10％,主要表现是腹痛、口干、恶心等症状。停药后不良反应可自愈。
