我国科技成果推广获巨大效益国家科技成果推广计划,自1990年正式出台以来,从科技与经济相结合以及科技成果转化的客观特性出发,运用政策、法规,辅以必要的行政手段,开拓转化市场,目前已形成计划宏观调控和市场机制相结合的新格局,使科技成果推广获得重大进展。四年来,国家科技成果推广计划指南滚动实施的项目有776项。其中工业科技成果427项,农业科技成果349项。目前,利用国家贷款支持的427项工业性科技成果已推广到3786个工矿企业,已产生经济效益的有3255个,约占85%。在这些项目的推广中,国家共投入贷款12亿元,三项费用
