党的十八大把生态文明建设纳入中国特色社会主义事业五位一体总体布局.习近平总书记在天津考察工作时明确要求,要重视生态文明建设,加快打造美丽天津.中共天津市委、天津市人民政府2013年8月发布美丽天津建设纲要,10月,天津市决定实施美丽天津“一号工程”.本文根据对纲要提出的主要目标进行解析,同时针对目前天津市环境保护建设存在的突出问题提出解决措施,对美丽天津未来建设具有借鉴意义.
