In order to explore the biochemical indexes to evaluate the health effects of smoky fluorine-polluted population, this study chose healthy children under 10 years of age in Sancun Village, Muping Township, Zigui County, Hubei Province for comparative study. NR Village is a village with more serious smog-based fluorine pollution. In the past, village R was seriously polluted. However, the use of a fluoride-reducing furnace has been used for five years, and the level of fluorine pollution has been greatly reduced. Village C is a firewood-burning area with no fluorine pollution. Serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and its isoenzyme, alkaline phosphatase (AKP), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione oxidase (GSH-px) activity in 59 children The results of the analysis showed that the LDH and AKP enzyme activities of serums of NR-contaminated children were significantly higher than those of children in R and C villages (P <0.01), and those in R and C The activity of these two enzymes showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). SOD and GSH-px, as well as LDH isozyme three villages children no significant difference (P> 0.05). The results suggest that serum LDH and AKP enzymes are sensitive indicators of the early effects of fluorine contamination, and there may be a threshold for the effect of fluorine on the activity of these two enzymes after they enter the body. However, LDH and AKP enzyme activity affected by many factors, as the evaluation of fluorine pollution and prevention and treatment of health effects should be combined with the body’s fluorine load and fluoride exposure to a comprehensive assessment.
