2013年11月1日,全国首票“属地申报、属地放行”出口货物在绍兴审结放行。2013年11月1日,浙江万丰摩轮有限公司一批价值36047美元的摩托车铝轮在绍兴海关办结出口通关手续。与不同以往的是,这批货物采用的是海关总署新近推出的“属地申报、属地放行”通关模式,公司第一次在“家门口”实现了出口货物全程通关。这也是全国首票采用“属地申报、属地放行”模式的通关货物,标志着中国海关全面深化区域通关业务改革正式
