与国外职业教育相比而言,我国高职院校学生课堂教学缺乏职业化的引领,主要表现在师资队伍中有企业工作经历的老师占比甚少、课堂教学没有凸出“做中学、学中教”的理念、课程资源系统性很强但缺乏实用性、课堂教学场所建设严重滞后等.因此,应加强校企联手,深化“工学结合”人才培养模式改革、采取“走出去、引进来”的形式加强“双师型”师资队伍建设,按照行业企业标准完善教学环境设施建设,加大实用性教材编写进程,实现教材产业化.
