Researchers at the School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at Queensland University of Technology in Australia found that people living alone are more vulnerable to “core foods” (such as fruits and vegetables and fish) and develop unhealthy eating habits that lead to diet imbalances. Researchers analyzed the previous 41 related studies and examined the association between food and nutrient intake among singletons.
