为了进一步提高自动控制生长晶体直径的浮秤法的灵敏度,本文研究出一种改进的用于四硼酸锂、钽酸锂等氧化物晶体等径生长的灵敏度高、承载量大的浮秤法.
In order to further improve the sensitivity of the float-scale method for automatically controlling the diameter of growing crystals, an improved float-scale method with high sensitivity and large carrying capacity for iso-growth of oxide crystals such as lithium tetraborate and lithium tantalate is developed.
