研究了新型KT系列调剖剂在不同聚合物浓度和交联剂浓度条件下的成胶时间和强度,筛选出符合下二门油田Ⅲ油组油藏条件下的调剖剂配方体系,并对调剖剂用量等多参数进行了优化设计。单井调剖剂用量突破15000m3,调剖时间长达150d,采用段塞注入法保证了调剖过程的可注入性和成胶强度,矿场实施后效果显著,平均启动压力上升7·33MPa,对应油井见效率提高20%,增油10476t,调剖井次有效率100%。
