具有有机基团的锰盐,是脂肪经和环烷经氧化过程的有效催化剂。但是由于有机基团的存在,催化氧化的诱导期较长,催化剂活性较低,而且生成的脂肪酸具有较高的羰值。对氧化物料添加0.05%以下的碱(可用氢氧化钾),可以提高有机锰盐的催化活性,缩短诱导期,而且减少羰基化合物的含量,从而提高了脂肪酸的质量。进行活化的方法可归纳如下:在熔融(110~120℃)的石腊中,加入大豹40%重量的有机锰盐,吹入空气,使溶液成浑浊状态,保持温度在140~150℃。这样制备出来的催化剂,在石腊氧化制脂肪酸的过程中,就大大缩短了诱导期,同时还提高了脂肪酸的产
Manganese salts with organic groups are effective catalysts for the oxidation of aliphatic and naphthenic acids.
