目的研究灵芝提取物的镇痛与抗炎作用。方法用冰醋酸化学刺激疼痛模型和二甲苯诱导的鼠耳肿胀炎症模型,观察灵芝提取物的镇痛作用与抗炎作用。结果灵芝提取物能明显减少冰醋酸诱导的小鼠扭体次数(P<0.01),对二甲苯诱导的鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论灵芝提取物具有镇痛和抗炎作用。
Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Ganoderma lucidum extract. Methods Glacial acetic acid was used to stimulate the pain model and xylene induced ear swelling and inflammation model. The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Ganoderma lucidum extract were observed. Results Ganoderma lucidum extract significantly reduced the frequency of acetic acid-induced writhing in mice (P<0.01) and significantly inhibited xylene-induced ear swelling (P<0.01). Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum extract has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
