本文对外圆切入磨削的温度进行试验研究.以不同的砂轮速度(30、40、50、60、80米/秒)对几种常用材料(球墨铸铁、45~#钢、GCr15轴承钢)进行磨削试验,用半人工热电偶法测量磨削温度.试验结果表明:砂轮速度增加,磨削温度升高.砂轮速度由30米/秒增加到60米/秒,磨削温度升高约70%;砂轮速度由60米/秒增加到80米/秒,磨削温度又升高15~20%.磨削韧性大、强度高的材料,其磨削温度比磨削脆性材料时更高.
In this paper, the temperature of cut-in-round grinding was experimentally studied. Several commonly used materials (ductile iron, 45 ~ # steel and GCr15 bearing steel) were made at different grinding wheel speeds (30, 40, 50, 60 and 80 m / Grinding test, the grinding temperature was measured by semi-manual thermocouple method.The results showed that the grinding wheel speed increased and the grinding temperature increased.The grinding wheel speed increased from 30 m / s to 60 m / s and the grinding temperature increased by about 70 %; Grinding wheel speed increased from 60 m / s to 80 m / s, grinding temperature increased by 15 ~ 20% .Cutting toughness, high strength materials, the grinding temperature higher than grinding brittle materials.
