高功能性甲状腺腺瘤又称自主功能性甲状腺结节。功能过高性结节性甲状腺肿,具有甲亢症状者称Plummer氏病。多发生在地方性甲状腺肿流行地区,发病率约占18.6％,各地区的报告不一,我院自1979年至1983年收治甲状腺肿病人272例,其中高功能腺瘤30例,占9.1％。本组均经外科手术治疗,现介绍如下: 临床资料本组男5例,女25例,男女之比为1:5。最大年龄55岁,最小年龄23岁,平均年龄38岁。 30例均有肿大的甲状腺结节,28例为单发孤立
High-functioning thyroid adenoma, also known as autonomic thyroid nodules. Hyperfunctioning nodular goiter, symptoms of hyperthyroidism were called Plummer’s disease.
