城市公交事业的健康、有序发展,是衡量一个城市基础交通事业是否完善的重要标准之一,城市公共交通更是关系着数以万计普通老百姓的切身利益。但是,由于乘客要求非站点上下车、司机服务态度不好、行车时因突发状况导致的急刹车以及投币刷卡等因素,造成乘客与公交司机之间的矛盾时有发生。近日,喀喇沁左翼蒙古族自治县的王先生就遇到了这么一件事,自己在乘公交车时,由于乘务员和司机恶劣的服务态度,王先生与司机发生了激烈的矛盾,俩人相持了不下20分钟,最后在旁人的劝说下,才息事宁人。
The healthy and orderly development of urban public transport is one of the important criteria to measure the perfection of transportation in a city. The urban public transport is also related to the vital interests of tens of thousands of ordinary people. However, conflicts between passengers and bus drivers often occur as a result of passengers’ requests for non-station alighting, poor driver service, sudden braking due to unexpected driving conditions and coin swiping. Recently, Mr. Wang from the left-wing Mongolian Autonomous County of Harqin encountered such a situation. When he was in the bus himself, due to the poor service attitude of flight attendants and drivers, Mr. Wang and his driver were fiercely contradictory. No less than 20 minutes, and finally in the persuasion of others, only rest rather peace.
