On February 20, 2009, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a list of the institutions for the transfer of scientific research institutions (the second installment), which is to implement the “Interim Provisions on Exempting Import Taxes on Scientific and Technological Development Supplies”.
