在有色冶金企业中工业管道常长达数十万米,其中弯管的数量很大,目前在操作方法上还存在不少问题,成品率很低,很多弯管都未达到国家标准。因此,第七冶金建设公司在总结本单位弯管经验的基础上,组织了专业小组到电力部中原电力建设公司等单位学习,请老工人传授修理技术,在短时间内很快掌握了操作方法,使大批业已报废的无缝钢管弯头得以重新使用,因而节约了许多无缝钢管。这一经验值得有关部门参考学习。——编者
In non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises, industrial pipelines often reach hundreds of thousands of meters, and the number of elbows is large. At present, there are still many problems in the operation methods. The rate of finished products is very low, and many elbows do not meet the national standards. Therefore, the Seventh Metallurgical Construction Company, on the basis of summarizing the experience of the elbow of this unit, organized a professional group to study in the Zhongyuan Electric Power Construction Company and other units of the Ministry of Electric Power. The old workers were asked to teach repair techniques and the operation method was quickly grasped in a short period of time. A large number of scrapped seamless steel pipe elbows can be reused, thus saving many seamless steel pipes. This experience is worth learning from the relevant departments. --editor
