为了研究花粉长期贮存技术,进行此试验。试验结果如下:从温室和田间将甜菜花粉采集来,在5℃,-18℃下贮存,可以贮存一天。在-196℃下贮存,可以贮存一年。花粉湿度12%在液态氮里存放一年,再将此花粉授于雄性不育花上,其育性和新采集的花粉效果一样。所得的种子的发芽情况也和新采集的种子的发芽情况一致。如果花粉在—18℃下贮存一年,其育性、结实和发芽的效果就不如新鲜花粉好。在5℃下贮存一年,花粉基本上失效。
In order to study pollen long-term storage technology, this test was conducted.
