在一项公路基本建设工程即将完成,当工程收尾时期,施工单位必须有步骤地抓好工程的收尾工作。以往的经验,有些施工单位在主体工程完工后,往往对附属工程和整修、清理结束工作重视不够,或安排不当。以致造成拖延工期或赶工浪费,甚至发生安全、质量事故。现就如何做好公路基本建设工程收尾工作,提出个人的几点看法。(一)收尾工作要内外结合,全面照顾。对附属工程和整修工程、竣工图表和工程决算等工作要统一部署力量,抓紧进行。
