目的：考察路盖克（每片含双氢可待因酒石酸盐１０ｍｇ和醋氨酚５００ｍｇ）用于骨科术后及非手术疾患的镇痛效果和不良反应。方法：１０８例开放试验，ｐｏ，２片／次，ｑｄ给药。结果：完全缓解者为６０例，占受试者总数的５５５６％，明显缓解者为２７例，占２５００％；中度缓解者为５例，占４６３％；轻度缓解者为１３例，占１２０４％；未缓解者为３例，占２７８％。中度以上疼痛缓解率为８５１９％，总有效率为９７２３％。服药３０分钟后出现嗜睡６例，恶心２例，心慌、乏力、头痛各１例。这些副作用持续时间短，不需特珠处理，可自行缓解。结论：路盖克对术前、术后的骨科疾患有良好的镇痛效果，起效快，持续时间长，不良反应小，具有良好的安全性
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the analgesic effect and side effects of Lucchik (each tablet containing 10 mg of dihydrocodeine tartrate and 500 mg of acetaminophen) for orthopedic and non-surgical disorders. Short duration of these side effects, without special bead treatment, self-remission.
