谈到律师到看守所会见犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的问题和困难,很多从事刑事辩护的律师都有苦衷。但从2013年1月1日以后,全国看守所将严格按照修改后的《刑事诉讼法》关于律师会见的规定,同等、及时安排办案机关讯问和律师会见。这是记者从2012年11月9日公安部监所管理局、司法部律师公证司、全国律协共同召开的“贯彻落实修改后刑事诉讼法工作座谈会”上获悉的。
Speaking of lawyers meeting with suspects and defendants in detention centers, many of the lawyers who engage in criminal defense have difficulties. However, from January 1, 2013 onwards, the detention center will strictly follow the provisions of the revised Criminal Procedure Law on meeting with lawyers and will arrange for the same or timely arrangements for interrogation by the case handling authorities and meetings with lawyers.
