文章以应用日β-γ-γ物理分析方法为内容,介绍了用Z-80单板机配单道γ能谱仪(GP-1)进行矿石物理分析的硬件和软件。数据采集和测量过程的程控是硬件连接电路需要解决的主要问题。硬件采用PIO接口,辅加一些简单电路解决了连机问题。软件主要是体现方法特点和放射性测量特点的主程序和主要的服务子程序。应用该单板机装置在生产单位实地对批量样品进行试验。通过对比数据,说明分析质量满足规范要求。单板机的应用使手工操作在许多方面有较大的改进,而且装置成本低,因而具有实用推广价值。
Based on the application of β-γ-γ physical analysis method, this paper introduces the hardware and software for ore physical analysis by using Z-80 single board γ-ray spectrometer (GP-1). Program control of the data acquisition and measurement process is the main problem to be solved by the hardware connection circuit. Hardware PIO interface, plus some simple circuit to solve the problem with the machine. The software is mainly the main program and the main service subroutines that reflect the characteristics of the methods and radiometric features. Application of the single-board machine in the production unit on the field of bulk samples for testing. By comparing the data, indicating the quality of analysis to meet regulatory requirements. The application of the single-board machine makes the manual operation greatly improved in many aspects, and the installation cost is low, so it has practical promotion value.
