“王老师,我长大要坐宇宙飞船,采鲜花,送给小朋友。”“王老师您看,我的‘卡车’开上天去了。”…… 翻开一本本观察日记,我仿佛又回到幼儿园,回到天真可爱的孩子们中间。 我从1980年起就为小朋友做观察记录,至今已积累各类观察日记20余册达300万字。我发表的23篇论文和文章绝大多数都与“观察”有关。 多年的实践使我体会到:观察幼儿需要幼教工作者的智慧和热情,需要我们为孩子,为事业投入全部身心。 一、情感的投入 对幼儿的观察与其它日常工作不同,它首先是一种智力活动,它依赖于教师自己去感知、去发现、去
