目的:研究羟基红花黄色素A(Hydroxy Saffloryellow A,HYSA)对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注后E选择素(E-selectin)、细胞间黏附分子1(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)表达及中性粒细胞浸润的影响。方法:采用Zea-Longa线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血-再灌注模型。分别用紫外分光光度、酶免法测定羟基红花黄色素A对大鼠缺血-再灌注后脑组织E选择素,ICAM-1表达以及髓过氧化酶(MPO)活性的影响。结果:羟基红花黄色素A可降低缺血-再灌注后脑损伤E选择素和ICAM-1的表达以及MPO的活性。结论:羟基红花黄色素A可减轻缺血-再灌注后炎症反应,对缺血-再灌注性脑损伤具有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Hydroxy Saffloryellow A (HYSA) on the expression of E-selectin, ICAM-1 (ICAM-1) ) Expression and neutrophil infiltration. Methods: The focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established by Zea-Longa thread occlusion. The effects of hydroxysafflor yellow A on E-selectin, ICAM-1 expression, and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity in rat brain after ischemia-reperfusion were determined by UV spectrophotometry and enzyme immunoassay respectively. Results: Hydroxysafflor yellow A decreased the expression of E-selectin and ICAM-1 and the activity of MPO after cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury. CONCLUSION: Hydroxysafflor yellow A can relieve the inflammatory reaction after ischemia-reperfusion, and has a protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion brain injury.
