以柳叶马鞭草为试材,研究了NaCl单盐胁迫对其种子萌发的影响,并调查了种苗大田生长情况,以探明柳叶马鞭草的耐盐性。结果表明:NaCl胁迫使柳叶马鞭草种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等指标明显降低,且随着NaCl浓度的增加,抑制作用增强;NaCl溶液浓度与相对发芽率呈极显著负相关,柳叶马鞭草种子萌发的耐盐适宜范围是0.4%,耐盐半致死浓度为0.7%,耐盐极限浓度为1.2%;土壤全盐含量为2‰~4‰大田鉴定下,柳叶马鞭草实生苗移栽成活率97%,株高108.5cm,茎粗7.60cm,无盐胁迫症状,观赏性佳。试验表明柳叶马鞭草具有较强的耐盐性和极佳的观赏性,可作为耐盐碱新优花卉在中度盐碱地区进行试栽应用。
In this paper, the effects of NaCl single salt stress on the seed germination were studied using the Verbena officinalis Sieb.et Zucc. As test material. The results showed that: NaCl stress significantly reduced the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index and other indicators of Verbena sinensis seeds, and inhibition with NaCl concentration increased; NaCl solution concentration and relative germination rate was extremely significant Negative correlation, the suitable range of salt tolerance of Verbena officinalis seed germination is 0.4%, salt tolerance concentration is 0.7%, salt tolerance limit concentration is 1.2%, soil total salt content is 2 ‰ ~ 4 ‰ field identification, Leaf Verbena seedlings transplanted survival rate of 97%, plant height 108.5cm, stem diameter 7.60cm, no salt stress symptoms, good ornamental. Experiments show that willow Verbena has a strong salt tolerance and excellent ornamental, can be used as saline-alkali new flowers in the moderate saline-alkali areas for trial planting applications.
