有那么一位老师,对学生要求很严。又有那么一位学生,生活比较散漫。该学生对那老师颇有意见,认为他管得过细过宽,太婆婆妈妈了。后来,该学生反过来问一问:如果自己是老师,可以不以德、智、体几方面去要求学生吗?要是教书不育人,上罢课便走,我能算好老师吗?经这么一思考,该学生终于明白了:老师从严要求学生,是责任心强的表现。这里充满了爱!因为爱学生,所以他不辞辛苦,勇于给自己压担子。此后,该学生变了样,成了班上的优秀学生。这就是换位思考。
There is a teacher who has strict requirements for students. There is another student who lives in a lax way. The student was quite opinionated by the teacher and thought that he had managed too much and was too big. Later, the student asked in reverse: If he is a teacher, can he not ask the students in terms of morality, intelligence, and body? If he teaches infertility, he will go on strike and can I be a good teacher? On reflection, the student finally realized that the teacher’s strict request for students is a strong sense of responsibility. It is full of love here! Because he loves students, he has to work hard and dare to pressure himself. Since then, the student has changed and become an outstanding student in the class. This is empathy.
