在安徽淮北的气候条件下,有一些中早熟马铃薯品种能够自然开花结实,配制杂交,它们既可采用块茎做种进行无性繁殖,又可以用种子进行有性繁殖.自1971年以来,我们在原有二季栽培的基础上,进行了马铃薯实生块茎选用的研究,取得了一些结果. 一、马铃薯退化原因和实生块茎选用的理论依据马铃薯退化原因,在我国过去是众说纷云,各持己见.近年来,我国一些马铃薯生产和科研单位,经过协作攻关,共同会战,和各自广泛实践结果,一些问题基本澄清,看法逐渐一致.目前大都认为,马铃薯退化是感染了病毒,高温使马铃薯丧失了对病毒的抵抗力,使病毒对马铃薯发生毒害作用所引起的结果.
