ECT(Emission Computed Tomography,发射型计算机断层摄影)是一个能提供360°投影信息的系统[1、2、3、7],为当今核医学最先进的诊断设备之一。美国、日本、西德等国均有商品生产。目前我国引进的ECT多由美国Technicare公司生产,性能良好。我院已引进美国Technicare公司生产的单光子ECT(Single photon ECT,SPECT),它由Omega500型γ照相机和核医学专用的MCS—560电子计算机组成一个先进的核医学成像及处理系统,提供人体器官的单祯、多祯、全身、断层等显像功能,将有助于提高我院的核医学诊断水平。本文拟从ECT的工作原理、性能及其临床应用等概括介绍如下。
