目的:探讨医院药房管理中常见问题及应对措施。方法:以国内和国外文献检索数据库为检索源,了解国内外医院药房在管理过程中存在的问题,分析其原因,并提出相对应的措施。结果:本次研究从医院药房管理外部现状出发,发现药房管理主要存在的问题:缺少规范化管理文件,缺乏药品流通的监管,药剂人员自身素质参差不齐,欠缺良好的服务态度以及用药指导不清。提出了针对性的解决意见。结论:医院管理者需要加大医院药房管理的投入,引进人才、提高人员素质,完善药房管理制度,从而推动医院药房管理事业的发展。
Objective: To discuss common problems and countermeasures in hospital pharmacy management. Methods: Based on the domestic and foreign literature search databases, the author found out the problems existing in the management of pharmacies in domestic and foreign hospitals, analyzed the causes and proposed corresponding measures. Results: Based on the external status quo of hospital pharmacy management, this study found that the main problems of pharmacy management were: lack of standardized management documents, lack of regulation of drug circulation, uneven quality of pharmacy staff, lack of good service attitude and unclear guidance of medication . Proposed targeted solutions. Conclusion: Hospital managers need to increase hospital pharmacy management investment, the introduction of personnel, improve the quality of personnel, improve pharmacy management system, thus promoting the hospital pharmacy management career development.
