目的建立高效液相色谱测定参泽冲剂中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱。流动相甲醇:水(74∶26),流速1ml/min,检测波长270nm。结果丹参酮ⅡA峰与其相邻峰的分离良好, 理论板数8000 。对照品线性范围0.04368~0.2184μg。r=0.9999,平均回收率100.04%,RSD1.47%。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定参泽冲剂中丹参酮ⅡA含量,操作简便,结果准确。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Shenze Granules. Methods Kromasil C18 column was used. Mobile phase methanol: water (74:26), flow rate 1ml / min, detection wavelength 270nm. Results Tanshinone Ⅱ A peak separation with its adjacent peaks good, the theoretical number of 8000. The reference linear range of 0.04368 ~ 0.2184μg. r = 0.9999, the average recovery was 100.04% and RSD was 1.47%. Conclusion The determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Shenze Granule by high performance liquid chromatography has the advantages of simple and convenient operation and accurate results.
