山东省威海市临港区总工会办公室报道山东省威海市临港经济开发区总工会结合自身优势,积极探索,打造具有临港特色的困难职工帮扶工作。明确理念,强化机制,推动帮扶工作向企业延伸。近年来,临港区总工会针对全区经济处于发展阶段、困难职工人数较多、工会帮扶任务较重的实际,提出了加强“帮扶资金筹措机制、帮扶工作长效机制”建设的目标,按照“打造平台、增强实力、完善机制、规范管理”的工作思路,构建了区、镇、企业三级帮扶网络。积极推动职工服务站(点)向镇办、规模以上企业有序延伸,将服务中心(站、点)建成工会服务职工群众的前沿阵地。
