本文从三个维度对房地产投资活动进行考察:首先,对房地产属性嬗变的论述,旨在说明房地产投资活动是现实存在的;其次,对房地产投资活动产生和兴起原因的考察,旨在说明房地产投资活动不仅是现实存在的,而且是符合经济发展规律的;再次,对房地产市场体系形成和完善的考察,旨在说明房地产投资活动对于房地产市场体系形成和完善具有显著正效应。为避免歧义,力求准确,本文在几个关键点上对投资与投机两个似是而非的概念在学理上做了清晰的厘定。
This paper examines the real estate investment activities from three dimensions: First, the discussion of the evolution of real estate property aims to illustrate that real estate investment activities are realistic; Second, the investigation of the reasons for the emergence and rise of real estate investment activities aims to illustrate the real estate investment The activity not only exists in reality, but also accords with the law of economic development. Thirdly, the investigation on the formation and perfection of the real estate market system aims to show that the real estate investment activity has a significant positive effect on the formation and improvement of the real estate market system. In order to avoid ambiguity and strive to be accurate, this article makes a clear theoretical rationale on the two plausible conceptions of investment and speculation on several key points.
