目的采用扩散张量成像(DTI)及基于纤维束追踪空间统计分析(TBSS)研究平原与高原健康成人的脑白质微细结构差异。方法对16名高原健康成人和与之年龄、受教育程度相匹配的20名平原健康成人行DTI检查,应用TBSS方法分析两组受检者脑白质纤维DTI的相关参数:各向异性分数(FA)、轴向扩散系数(AD)、平行扩散系数(RD)、平均扩散系数(MD)。对两组各项参数进行比较。结果与平原组比较,高原组在胼胝体体部、胼胝体压部、胼胝体膝部、两侧上纵束、两侧上放射冠、右侧内囊前肢、内囊豆状核后肢、右侧丘脑辐射线(包括视辐射线)的AD值显著增高(P<0.05,FWE校正);MD值显著升高的脑区是胼胝体体部、右侧上纵束、右侧上放射冠、右侧内囊前肢(P<0.05,FWE校正);RD值显著升高的脑区是胼胝体体部、右侧上纵束。结论通过DTI及TBSS分析,高原健康成人相对于平原健康成人脑白质纤维存在差异。
Objective To investigate the differences in the white matter microstructure of plain and plateau healthy adults using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and fiber bundle tracing spatial statistical analysis (TBSS). Methods Twenty-one normal healthy adults at age and education level underwent DTI examinations. TESS was used to analyze the related parameters of white matter fiber DTI in two groups: anisotropy fraction (FA ), Axial diffusion coefficient (AD), parallel diffusion coefficient (RD) and average diffusion coefficient (MD). The two groups of parameters are compared. Results In the plateau group, the corpus callosum body, the corpus callosum, the corpus callosum knee, the upper longitudinal bundles on both sides, the corona radiata on both sides, the forelimb of the right internal capsule, the hind limb of the lentiform nucleus, the right thalamic radiation (P <0.05, FWE correction). The brain areas with significantly increased MD value were the corpus callosum body, the right superior longitudinal bundle, the right upper corona, the right internal capsule The forelimbs (P <0.05, FWE correction); brain areas with significantly elevated RD values were the corpus callosum body and the right superior longitudinal bundle. Conclusions DTI and TBSS analysis showed that there were differences in brain white matter fibers between healthy adults in plateau and healthy adults.
