微笑是一种与愉悦和幸福相关的自发面部表情,从未被明确定义为癫痫症状。大笑是发笑性癫痫主要的特征性表现。微笑做为发作性表现,在癫痫病灶定位方面的价值不明。本文分析了发作性微笑在癫痫病灶定位方面的利用价值。
Smile is a spontaneous facial expression associated with pleasure and well-being that has never been clearly defined as epilepsy. Laughter is the main characteristic expression of laughter of epilepsy. Smile as a seizure, the value of the location of epileptic lesions is unknown. This article analyzes the utility of episodic smiles in locating epilepsy lesions.
