通常,硬质合金切刀的断屑台是采用多程逐渐磨去余量的方法制成的。这种工艺生产率低,不能保证断屑台截形角、深度和宽度的精度,金刚石砂轮较快地失去正确的截形,并需要经常修整。为了提高断屑台成形过程的生产率和降低金刚石的消耗量,试验研究了一种在F_2—250型立式铣床上进行金刚石电解深磨断屑台的方法。铣床主轴的轴向和径向跳动等于0.005~~0.01毫米。
In general, carbide chip breakers are made using a multi-pass method of grinding the margin. The low productivity of this process does not guarantee the truncation angle, depth and width accuracy of the chip breaker, the diamond wheel quickly loses the correct truncation and requires constant trimming. In order to improve the productivity of chip breaking table forming process and reduce the diamond consumption, a method of diamond grinding deep chip breaking station on F_2-250 vertical milling machine was studied. Milling machine spindle axial and radial runout is equal to 0.005 ~~ 0.01 mm.
