最近,上级领导机关提出要在建安企业试点推行全面质量管理。这是摆在我们面前的一个新课题:建安企业能不能推行全面质量管理?如何推行?都需要我们在回顾总结现行质量管理的经验的基础上,来作出回答。本文想就宝钢工程质量管理的实践作一初步的探索,以利进一步推行全面质量管理。现在我先把去年质量工作的情况回忆一下。去年,我分指挥部在厂区完成的全部分项工程,共检查、测定21388点,合格20465点,合格率95.9%,符合国家建委规定的优良标准;
Recently, the leadership of the higher authorities proposed to implement comprehensive quality management in the pilot project of Jian’an Enterprises. This is a new topic before us: Can Jian’an enterprises implement comprehensive quality management and how to implement it? We need to answer this question based on reviewing and summarizing the current experience of quality management. This article would like to make a preliminary exploration of the practice of Baosteel’s project quality management in order to facilitate the further implementation of total quality management. Now I first recall the quality of work last year. Last year, I divided all the projects completed by the headquarters in the factory area, and inspected and measured 21,388 points, qualified 20,465 points, with a pass rate of 95.9%, which was in line with the fine standards set by the State Construction Commission.
