近年来随着我国经济产业的高速发展,物流管理成为了一个独立、完整的新兴行业,同时也增大了对专业人才的需求。但近几年却出现了物流管理专业性人才需求量大,相关专业毕业生却就业难的矛盾现象,大部分毕业生都达不到企业用工的基本要求,这些都是因为学校传统的教学培养模式达不到企业的人才要求。因此,高职院校物流管理专业在教学上需要改变以往重理论、轻实践的教育模式,对于物流管理的实践教学模式进行改革,促进实践教学水平的提升。本文主要对高职院校物流管理专业实践教学的改革进行研究与探讨。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy and industry, logistics management has become an independent and complete new industry, but also increased the demand for professionals. However, in recent years there has been a large demand for specialized personnel for logistics management and the contradiction between the employment of relevant graduates and the difficulty of employment. Most of the graduates fail to meet the basic requirements for employment of enterprises. These are all because of the traditional teaching and training of schools The model does not meet the requirements of business people. Therefore, the logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges needs to change the teaching mode of previous emphasis on theory and light practice, reform the practice teaching mode of logistics management, and promote the improvement of practice teaching. This article mainly studies and discusses the reform of practical teaching in logistics management major in higher vocational colleges.
