本案位于西安半坡艺术区,充斥浓郁艺术氛围的优越地理位置,让春秋舍设计师酒店彰显出与众不同艺术气质。没有精致而华丽的装饰,却又处处透着细致。建筑的原貌是新中国成立后第一个五年计划中建设而成的工业建筑,诉说着苏联对新中国的援建历史。项目位于西安市灞桥区原西北第一印染厂:五层高的一座印染车间与一个蒸馏车间,建筑面积大约4,000平方米。旧工业建筑的改造与再利用,潜力究竟有多大?在本案中,设计师给出了一种“红色年代,灰色记忆”的阐述。
The case is located in Xi’an Banpo Arts District, full of rich artistic atmosphere of the excellent geographical location, so that Spring and Autumn Hotel designers to highlight the distinctive artistic temperament. No exquisite and gorgeous decoration, but all through the details. The original appearance of the building was an industrial building built in the first five-year plan after the founding of new China, telling the history of Soviet aid to new China. The project is located in Xi’an Beiqiao District, the former Northwest Printing and Dyeing Factory: a five-storey dyeing workshop and a distillation workshop, construction area of about 4,000 square meters. In the present case, what is the potential of renovation and reuse of old industrial buildings? In this case, the designer gives an explanation of “red age, gray memory”.
