《中国经济周刊》:近期,我国出现了很多各具特色的医药产业改制方式,比如以产权改革为核心、市场化为主导的“宿迁模式”,政府主导型的上海“松江模式”和云南“宣威模式”和行业主导的“惠民行动”。
