Comparative analysis of the mycelium growth rate, fruiting traits and isoenzyme zymogram of mushroom isolates and starting strains showed that there were obvious genetic differences between fruiting traits and esterase isozymes. The results of this study show that the use of tissue separation of mushroom strains of purification, rejuvenation and the use of genetic variation of the accumulation of new strains breeding, should be particularly careful
