吸附床是某类型化学激光器在真空条件下使用的尾气处理装置。本文以吸附床壳体为研究对象,针对其结构特点,利用ANSYS Workbench平台建立了有限元模型。依据壳体实际工况,对其进行静态强度分析,获得了等效应力及变形量分布情况。根据所得结果,设计出了满足给定应力和应变条件下的优化方案,使壳体的重量显著减小。研究结果对壳体轻量化设计具有一定指导意义。
An adsorbent bed is a type of exhaust gas treatment device that is used under certain vacuum conditions for chemical lasers. In this paper, the adsorption bed shell as the research object, according to its structural characteristics, the use of ANSYS Workbench platform to establish a finite element model. According to the actual condition of the shell, static strength analysis is carried out to obtain the equivalent stress and deformation distribution. Based on the results obtained, the optimal design for a given stress and strain is designed to reduce the weight of the housing significantly. The results of the study have some guiding significance for the lightweight design of the shell.
