简要阐述托辊筒皮两端缩口的结构特点,剖析托辊的组装工艺和托辊筒皮的缩口工艺。为满足托辊设计要求,介绍了托辊缩口专用机床的设计思路及关键技术点。使其生产制造的托辊在径向跳动量、旋转阻力等性能都达到标准要求。
Briefly describe the structural features of both sides of the roller shell necking, analysis of roller assembly process and roller shell necking process. In order to meet the design requirements of the roller, introduced the design idea and key technical points of roller shrinking special machine tool. To make the manufacture of roller in the radial runout, rotation resistance and other properties have reached the standard requirements.
