创新型高技能人才是我国创新型人才体系的重要组成部分,培养创新型高技能人才是知识经济时代的必然选择。创新型高技能人才具有优秀的人格特征、能力特征和素质特征。近年来,深圳技师学院重新定位人才培养目标,开始探索创新型高技能人才培养模式,优化专业设置,改革课程体系,改进教学方法,加大科研服务于教学的力度,使学生在学到知识、练得技能、养成人格的同时也开发了创新思维,培养了师生的创新精神,提高了师生的创新能力。
