近年来,杰兹卡兹甘各地下开采矿山,由于未充填的采空区的范围逐渐扩大,开采深度加深,以及地压动力学状态的副作用,使矿山开采的技术条件复杂化。结果开采工作不得不在矿产损失严重的条件下进行。在这种情况下,表内矿顶底板附近的贫矿不能完全采出,表外矿石根本不采。在采区,表外矿石白白地被损失掉了,而且也不计在损失之内。由于不断开采表内矿的富矿段,使得贫矿、表外矿和呆矿的比例逐年增长。

Due to the continuous mining of the ore-bearing sections in the table, the proportions of lean mines, off-balance-sheet mines and drowned mines have been increasing year by year.
