制备了氢化型细胞色素C注射液,利用热加速和光加速法研究了该制剂的稳定性,并与国产细胞色素C注射液及注射用细胞色素c冻干剂(均为还原型)对照。结果表明,所制备的氧化型细胞色素C注射液的热稳定性比后两者高,25℃贮存期分别为8、2.6及3年,光加速实验表明氧化型细胞色素C注射液对光亦较稳定。
Hydrogenated cytochrome C injection was prepared. The stability of the preparation was studied by thermal acceleration and light acceleration, and compared with domestic cytochrome C injection and cytochrome c injection lyophilized (both of which were reduced type). The results showed that the thermal stability of the prepared oxidized cytochrome C injection was higher than that of the latter two, the storage periods at 25 ℃ were 8, 2.6 and 3 years, respectively. The light-accelerated experiments showed that the oxidative cytochrome C injection had better thermal stability than the latter two, Light is also more stable.
